This site is a resource for <CcRP> off_centre and de_centred investigations. These include the off_center of science, fiction, geography, geology and culture. <CcRP> investigators search out and study the margins of science and fiction, looking into strange scientific anomalies and phenomalies. We base our scientific enquiry on rumour/rumore, the lowest and noisiest form of information- that has hitherto been incorrectly overlooked by the scientific and academic community.

<CcRP> is internationally renowned for asking complex questions, tabulating data, providing meaningful discourse about centres - from Eurocentres to scientific truth centres. It asks the hard questions.
